CareDesk Consultants was founded after watching too many small and mid-sized businesses get burned by GSA consultants who either didn't know what they were doing or had their own financial interests ahead of their clients'.
The GSA Schedule market was — and still is — dominated by firms that charge hourly, bill vaguely, and benefit from keeping clients dependent. We built CareDesk to be the opposite: flat published rates, clear deliverables, and advice that is structurally clean because we have no competing interests in the federal marketplace.
The BPO division came from the same logic applied offshore: if you can deliver enterprise-grade outcomes from Lahore at $7.59/hr, with the same accountability framework you'd demand from a U.S. team, then the only honest thing to do is offer that — at that price, publicly, to everyone.
